How durable is my Madame Bleu charm/pendant? Are the materials durable?
All my charms and pendants are durable and waterproof. They are created to be used daily. Like all jewelry, I recommend removing before bathing or swimming, but it is not required.
Porcelain jewelry is made with Georgie’s Silver Falls porcelain (cone 5/6), Mayco Stroke & Coat underglazes, Mayco Zinc-free Clear overglaze, and Duncan Premium Gold luster, all lead-free and 100% non-toxic after firing. All precious gemstones used are 8.5 - 9 or higher on the Mohs scale of hardness, which means they are extremely durable and resistant to scratching. Precious metals used are 14k - 18k gold, sterling silver, copper, and bronze.
When will my order be shipped?
Unless otherwise stated, please allow up to 14 days for shipping. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped, along with the tracking number/s. All domestic and international shipments are sent USPS (United States Postal Service). Domestic orders are sent priority mail (1-3 days shipping). If you need your order shipped sooner than this, please email me and I promise I will do my very best to accommodate you.
Can my order be gift-wrapped?
All orders, regardless of gift status, are beautifully gift wrapped inside their shipping box. If your order is a gift being sent directly to your giftee, please be sure to list the recipient’s name and address in the SHIPPING field of your order. Please email me if you’d like me to enclose on your behalf a hand-written, wax-sealed card for your recipient.
Do you take custom orders?
I love creating custom orders! However, I can only take them at certain times of the year due to workload and schedule (I usually open 10 slots for custom orders at Christmas). I recommend sending me an email if you are interested in a custom order and I can let you know if it is possible.
I’m interested in a wholesale order for my business. How do I order?
Please email me your inquiry including your business name, number of units, and timing and I will respond to you as soon as possible with my availability. Turn around time for wholesale orders is between 8 - 12 weeks.
Refunds & exchanges
All sales are final. However, if you are not happy with your order, please email me right away and I will do my very best to work with you to remedy the situation. Your happiness is very important to me.
